Personality/History: An eons old demon, Murmur is a god-creature to the vampires of Fairview, due the proper respect even when he's wearing his farmer hat. One of the 72 demons of the Ars Goetia, he's described as a Great Duke and Earl of Hell, and he was until he got himself kicked out for insubordination. He has the power to raise the dead, though his subjects don't always come back quite right, and holds a special place in the twins' heart for yanking Akemi out of the In Between. His name is somewhat ironic, because Murmur... can't. Talk, that is. At least not without destroying the closest six planes of reality with the sound of his voice. He lets facial expressions do the talking for him. And Ilya, when the kid's feeling agreeable.

Comments: Murmur (both the character and the doll) originally belonged to overlordu, who we love to death and early on we gleefully involved our characters with hers. This became something of a problem when she decided to sell all of her dolls and start over, because we just. Could not let some of them go. Murmur was the first to come home.
